Cruise Cancellation with travel agency

A couple of month ago, I posted a problem with my travel agency for a cruise cancellation. My post got removed, becase I spelled out the agency name. To make a story short, I booked a cruise with one on line travel agency on sept 2005, the cruise was for May 2006. When I booked the cruise, they didn't tell me that they had a $75 cancellation policy. The mislead me that there was no risk to book before the final payment. When I cancel it, they charged my credit card. I initiate a dispute with my credit card company. When my credit card company dispute with their bank, they refused to credit back. Then the case got escalated to MasterCard, tody I just found out I won the dispute. The total process took about 2 month, and I just made a simple phone call with my credit card company.

I just want to share this information with everybody in case someone run into the same problem.
