What time zone does Bermuda use? If it is 9am in Marland then what time would it be in Bermuda?

I was also wondering about the arrival of cruise ships to Bermuda. Some say 9am. Is this EST or Bermuda time.

I’m not sure which time the ship uses for its scheduling, but here in Bermuda we use Atlantic time (GMT -4), that’s 1 hour later than Eastern time, so if it’s 9 AM EST it’s 10AM Atlantic Time.
