MIdnight Sun baseball game

I will be in Fairbanks on June 21 and would like to go to the game but we will not have a car. We'll be on a HAL land tour and probably stay at the Westmark at 10th and Noble (at least that's where we stayed last time.) Is Growden Park within walking distance? Or could we take a cab? I'd appreciate any info anyone has.

It's a long walk or short cab ride - $10 or so. You should get tickets well ahead of time as this is the 100th anniversary game.http://www.goldpanners.com/MSG/index.html

Thanks for the info Murray. I was just about to hit purchase on those tickets when I thought "I better make sure I can get there!" I like to walk but. . .maybe not. Thanks again :)
