Change passenger?

Can I change one of the passengers in my room if needed? I'm getting ready to book a March 2007 cruise on Carnival Victory, and the passengers will be myself, my daughter and her boyfriend. While I certainly wish them well in their relationship, I want to make sure I can change the boyfriend-passenger to another passenger if they're not together when March rolls around. I'll ask Carnival, too, but it doesn't seem that their answers are totally reliable. Thanks!

Yes you can. After final payment there is a passanger change fee $50 I think.

Yes you can change the name, I believe they might charge $50.00 though.

JUST CHANGE DBF TO THE NEPHEW FOR $50. WAS EASY. MY PVP DID IT IN NO TIME. THEN ALL U DO IS EDIT THE FUN PASS:p

Duck is correct. If you change the name before final payment, no fee. If you change it after final payment, $50 fee.

 

Folks, you need to read the Cruise Critic rules. NO names or contact numbers for any booking agent (including PVPs) allowed. We also are not allowed to ask for this info via email.

Than i would say you were pretty lucky and slipped right through the cracks because the $50 fee always is applied after final payment is received.

If you're booking with a TA, be sure they don't have their own set of fees on top of Carnival's fees. Some of them do.
