What activities are on a 3 night cruise?

I'm booked on the Sensation and have never done a 3 night. Are there any formal nights? Deck parties? What kind of activities do they have during the sea day? I'm sure it is similar to the normal 7 nights, but want a better idea. I looked for reviews, but there were no current/or the did not address what I want to know.

I haven't done a 3-nighter, but I have gone on a 2 night CTN, and one 4-nighter.

 

On those two, nothing different than other cruises.:) Formal night, Captain's Party, basically the same activities offered on any other cruise. No Past Guest party (those are only on 5 nights or longer).
