Not for free but you probably can pay to use one of the downtown parking garages. The hotels closest to the port are downtown where parking and space is at a premium. Most hotels near the port charge guests for parking.

Myangel, there are no park and cruise hotels with free parking near the Port of Miami. There are a number out by the airport though. I know Amerisuites, Summerfield Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn and Howard Johnsons airport locations offer it. ;)
