Shore to Ship call

I'm trying to get in touch with the Crown that I was on last week. Thinking of making a shore to ship call but I never got any of that info with this cruise because our tickets where emailed, and not sent regular mail. Any ideas on how to reach them? I know it's 5.95 a minute or so.

Call NCL's customer service. They should be able to give you the ship's number.;)

NCL guests can also be contacted on one of our ships by calling 1.888.NCSHIPS (1.888.627.4477) from USA. For the rest of the world please dial 1.732.335.3280. When guests are contacted with the ship via satellite, they can be reached directly, if they are in their stateroom. Could calling their shorebased customer service take care of your question/concern vs. making a call that might wind up in a run around?
