squirrellee01 Posted May 15, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2006 I'm trying to get in touch with the Crown that I was on last week. Thinking of making a shore to ship call but I never got any of that info with this cruise because our tickets where emailed, and not sent regular mail. Any ideas on how to reach them? I know it's 5.95 a minute or so. THANKS
cmdchiefthom Posted May 15, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2006 Call NCL's customer service. They should be able to give you the ship's number.;)
shoreguy Posted May 15, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2006 NCL guests can also be contacted on one of our ships by calling 1.888.NCSHIPS (1.888.627.4477) from USA. For the rest of the world please dial 1.732.335.3280. When guests are contacted with the ship via satellite, they can be reached directly, if they are in their stateroom. If not, a message about the incoming call will be delivered to their cabin and then they can call back* the shore via satellite. Click here to for NCL Ship Telephone & Fax Numbers." garycarla Posted May 15, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 15, 2006 Could calling their shorebased customer service take care of your question/concern vs. making a call that might wind up in a run around? Maybe somebody here can help?
