Guarantee Upgrade on Noordam 5/31

We just received some updated info from our cruise broker. We had booked a VE guarantee on the 5/31 Noordam E. Med. and found out we have been upgraded to a VA. Anyone familiar with VA8033, Navigation Deck? It will be our first HAL cruise, and we can't wait.

 

Any info on that stateroom will be appreciated.

From the deck plans, it looks like your 3 decks up and a little forward of where a VE would be. It looks like the deck might be just a little bigger from railing to cabin wall. Just one flight up to the Greenhouse Spa... uhoh, major charges to the shipboard account:eek: It looks like a pretty good location.

You do look like you're in a good location. We were on the Navigation Deck in April and loved it. For one thing, you aren't far from the elevators. We were, and it got to be old after a while. Before getting on, I was concerned that the Navigation Deck might be noisy, but it wasn't a problem. Enjoy! She's a lovely ship.
