kathy32259 Posted May 20, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2006 Just off the Triumph on May 13th and would like to send a thank you to Bob Dickinson and the Carnival team for providing a wonderful vacation! There was not enough room on the comment card - and I would like to point out execellent service provided by several employees. As a customer service professional I know how important it is to receive positive feedback - it happens so seldom! :D Also, I know that they value customer feedback - and there were a couple of things that I believe they could improve. So all of you that have sent correspondence - what has been your experience with email vs. snail mail? Thanks in advance for your comments! Stircrzy Posted May 20, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 20, 2006 I've had good results with both. Glad you had a great time!
hdawson Posted May 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 20, 2006 Snail mail if logged in and forwarded to the appropriate department for comment or action. I would use an old fashion business letter.
nybumpkin Posted May 20, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 20, 2006 I sent comments via e-mail and received a very prompt, personalized response via e-mail.
Beach4me Posted May 21, 2006 #5 Share Posted May 21, 2006 I vote for snail mail. I got a wonderful response to my letter to Bob Dickinson. I've never had an email much more than acknowledged. btw - if you do mail Bob, be sure to cc Guest Relations a copy of the letter as well.
