SAPPHIRE PRINCESS bridge Web-Cam bad

I wonder if Princess knows how bad the picture from the web cam on the SAPPHIRE is compared to others? The picture is really washed out like the brightness is set to high

yeah, I too find their bridge webcam pretty crappy. The picture's also too grainy.

Something as simple as wiping of the lens may help clear it up some.
