How close is ferry to cruise ship?

I'm sure it's been posted but I am packing for our cruise this week and really short on time.

We are considering going to St John via Redhook but returning from St. John via Cruz Bay ferry to Charlotte Amalia. How close does this ferry return you to the cruise ship? We are only one of possible two ships in port on May31st so I would say we will be at the main dock.

The main dock is in Havensight... so from Havensight to CA ferry is about a 6 minute drive in low-medium traffic... about a 30 minute walk.

 

To Red Hook is about 17-20 minutes.
