Hi, I sent email to passengercourtesy@ncl.com, as listed in a thread here, but came back undeliverable. Anyone have a general email for them --not the president of ncl though?

No general email. The above as you found out will not work. If you have a costumer service question call. If it requires documentation the csr can provide their email address.

 

Passenger Courtesy handles special requests about booked cruises on a ship by ship basis. Things like meeting space onboard, bar setup, special needs etc. There is one person per ship thus the email formate is.
