If it requires documentation the csr can provide their email address. Passenger Courtesy handles special requests about booked cruises on a ship by ship basis. Things like meeting space onboard, bar setup, special needs etc. There is one person per ship thus the email formate is. passengercourtesydawn@ncl.come Passengercourtesycrown@ncl.com ETC.
