2 Pronge or 3 Pronge Outlets?

Its a three prong outlet in the stateroom, but a two prong outlet in the bathroom meant to be used by a razor.

The world went to a standard of three prong outlets back during the mid-1960s, including America. You'll notice in your travels abroad that older hotels have two prong and newer hotels have three prongs, its the same with every building and ship. And like many bathroom vanities everywhere, many are still two prong, all razors and hair dryers need only two prongs.
