Dinner for under $40? NYC

I'll be staying one night before my cruise at the Crowne Plaza in New York. Is there somewhere within walking distance where we can get a good dinner for less than $40 per person?

 

(I'm sorry if there's already a thread about this. When I tried to search I got an error message. And I know I should've mentioned NY in the title of this post, but it won't let me edit the title now!)

Go to Restaurant Row (46th Street between 8th & 9th Avenues). Also you will find plenty of good places on 9th in that price range.
