Brilliance v Voyager in Med.?

Recommended Posts

Help! I am trying to plan a cruise next summer in the Mediterranean. Our three boys (16, 14, 9) are involved in sports so timing is making it difficult so they don't miss too much. We can't decide if we should take a 7 day on the Voyager or a 12 day on the Brilliance. We have sailed the Voyager before and loved it. Would the boys like the Brilliance as much? I don't like the fact that the only sea day on the Voyager is at the end, but am wondering if 12 days is just too long for the boys. Has anyone done the 12 day with kids?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I personally prefer the Radiance class ships - there should be plenty for the boys to do. And 7 days in the Med would be a little rushed, I think.

With all the ports on the Brilliance, the boys should be busy - and welcome the sea days. With only one sea day on the Voyager, they might not have much of a chance to use all the ship's amenities, anyway.
