Discount at specialty restaurants?

Are there still discounts for dining during the first seating in the specialty restaurants on any ship, specifically Dawn? Any type of discount at all?

The discounts may be on some ships and not others, and may change from week to week on the same ship. There has been mention of a coupon booklet that has a buy 1 get 1 at 50% off coupon for use in the specialty restaurant on the first evening.

Hi, Razzberri--We sailed on the Dawn on 5/13. We went to the reservation desk first thing and asked about the half price or two for one on the first night (I read about it here on CC) and were told that they did NOT have a discount.

We got a coupon book in the mail for 2 for 1 on one of the first 2 nights of our cruise. It came with all of our tickets and other information. We booked through Expedia.com so maybe that is why we got it. It also has drink coupons and spa discounts.
