Customer Service Number

You would think I would be able to find this information...lol.

I did a search and cannot find a customer service (guest relations) phone number for Carnival. Can anyone help me find this number. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

 

Going on the Destiny in 2008 and I need to find out if the changes to the ports of call are perminant or temporary.

LHP...I just tried that number and it gave me a voicemail for a different department. I appreciate your assistance...what I am looking for is a general customer service number or guest relations number.

You can try the main carnival number and try to get through to guest relations... I don't know that i have seen a number, generally just email and address. You can generally escalate from the main number.

I have used 1-800-carnival, to speak directly to someone.

Try this number 1-800-929-6400. It worked for me a couple of weeks ago. I think I had to push a few buttons but did get through to Guest relations.

Guest reltations handles post-cruise issues. they are not the ones to ask about itineraries. The website should have the answer for you. When are you going on the Destiny?
