Carnival Chilled Mango soup??

Last year we were on the Carnival Conquest and had some type of chilled Mango soup. Does anyone have any idea of what the recipe could be?? I'd like to maybe make it. Thanks

I love all the Carnival chilled soups! They actually have a cookbook called The Carnival Experience and I'll bet you can find it in there. Foolishly, I did not buy the book when I was on the ship last year but you can order it on Amazon.

 

You might also want to try http://www.epicurious.com and do a search on chilled soup and see if a recipe comes up...it might not be the Carnival recipe but you can still try it out!

Yummmm I love all of the chilled soups. Especially the apple and strawberry. We purchased the RCCL cookbook just to make them..somehow they never come out quite the same...lol

I loved the curried apple soup! I did a search on http://www.epicurious.com and found several chilled mango soup recipes so do check them out!

 

I know what you mean about not tasting the same! LOL...I think ambience has a lot to do with how something tastes too! Eating in your kitchen is way different than dining in the grandeur of a huge dining room! :)
