when we were there a few years ago they had a snorkel excursion that took you around the back side of the island to a gorgeous reef for some wonderful snorkeling.. it was well worth doing.. the have a nice barbeque set up on the beach and lots of chaise lounges and also the cabanas which you can rent for the day..

Is Half Moon Cay only available to a certain cruise line (like CocoCay) or is it open tot he public? And if so, how do we get there, how much is it, and what all do they offer? Thanks

Half Moon Cay is Holland Americas private island. Since HAL has no ships in the Caribbean this summer carnival is going to be using it. It is not open to the public.

Navywife06,

I believe the cabanas are $239.
