Swiper Posted June 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2006 Has anybody done one of these Golf packages offered by Carnival? We are sailing on the Pride in October. I would like to go but not sure if it is any good or even worth it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
big_duck Posted June 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2006 Carnival golf excursions, run by the onboard pro, include early debarkation, transport to and from, guaranteed getting back on the ship, cart and green fees. Also if you aren't traveling with other golfers, the pro can set you up in group, or play with you himself. If you are not bringing your clubs, be sure to bring your own Glove, shoes, balls and tees. Clubs available for rent are Nike. More info is available here: http://www.carnivalgolf.com/carnival/fleet.html
BigDaddy58 Posted June 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 4, 2006 I did a golf excursion in Ensenada with carnival Feb 2005. Great course that plays along ocean. 6 people played. Pro from ship played with each group and went back and forth. Great time. Brought clubs with us but equipment people rented on ship was Nike and all new.:D
Swiper Posted June 4, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted June 4, 2006 When you were done the round did they rush back to the ship or did you have time for a few "POPS" on the 19th hole. Thanks

lsp Posted July 12, 2006 #6 Share Posted July 12, 2006 I don't know the stops for the Pride but you might check into booking you own on shore. We did that on the Glory at St. Thomas and it was about 85.00 cheaper. Just a thought. Linda
