Facination questions

I noticed on another thread that the Facination was scheduled for dry dock in May. Does anyone know if this happened? I would be interested in feedback from anyone who may have cruised this ship since then. Haven't cruised Carnival in quite a while and would like to know what kind of shape the ship is in. thanks for any input ya'll can give!

We cruised her several years ago and thought she was in good shape; older, but well tended and immaculate. Very friendly crew. Food was quite good as well. Only downside is there are very few balcony rooms.

In my view, you can't go wrong. The pricing reflects that she is a slightly older ship as well.

well guys. im leaving on her in 13 days and i couldnt be more excited. i'll be sure to post a review here when i get back. EEEK! its getting so close!:D

You are gonna love this ship! I adore her. She is smaller, a little more intimate. Doesn't remind me of a hotel. I was on her in September 2 years ago and am going again in August w/my grandson. If she did longer cruises, I would sail her almost exclusively.

Don't get me wrong. The other ships are dazzling. I was on Miracle this past January and thought she was beautiful and had a great time. But, there is something about the Fascination...........

LOL The Fascination is a SMALL ship??!! WOW!! This was DH and I first cruise 3/06 and we LOVED it!! We took the 3 day to Nassau and had a blast. I wrote a complete review and it was posted under the Fascination reviews here at cruise critic, look for a post by veryhotred. The ship was very clean and everyone onboard was very friendly. We slept like babies in out cabin E94 and it had a HUGE window! I can't wait to cruise again!!!!:)
