RCCL Newbie - Please help

Hello,

 

My wife and I will be going with a grand suite the next time we cruise. I understand that concierge service was included with this. My wife and I do not drink alcohol so I was wondering if you get free pop. What exactly do you get for the concierge service. We will be sailing on Radiance of the Seas if that helps. I was also wondering if internet is free in the concierge lounge? If someone could please help me out that would be great.

My partner and I don't drink alcohol either, but did enjoy complimentary pop while in the concierge lounge. Actually on longer cruises on the Radiance they will usually open up the Hollywood Odyssey lounge for the members, as there are too many to fit in the small room itself.
