has anyone done a fishing excursion in half moon cay or grand turk? thinking about booking one for my husband. any feedback would be great!!

Apparently this excursions doesn't seem to be too popular??? I would like to book it for my 15 year old son, but no one else in our group wants to fish.

My husband has done the deep-sea fishing (not the flats) twice in HMC, and he's signed up for a third time this December. Both times he went with Captain Jolly, who has maybe a 30-foot boat. Only three passengers maximum are allowed, so everyone gets a turn at the rod (both times there were three passengers, and the shore excursion desk shows the excursions as sold out). He has caught something both times, and really enjoyed the excursion.

 

He's also going on the Grand Turk deep-sea fishing excursion in December, so I can post about that one when we return.
