Anyone off the Sensation recently?

Went on the 5/21 4 night sailing ( posted a review a week ago, but it hasn't been approved for posting yet- sorry) we had a great time, we had an outside cabin U57, steward was great, food was great, some of the best service we had in 8 carnival cruises. Didn't do any shows, had smooth sailing, no movement. Happy to answer more specific questions, just ask! Have a great cruise!

Just got off the ship and had a wonderful time! We took our 2 girls, my 21 year old brother, mom and stepdad, and sister-in-law!!! We loved it- it is an older ship but was extremely clean and everyone was so helpful!:) :) :) :) Hope you have fun- any questions I will try to answer!

Thanks for the replies. We will be on the Upper deck with an OV as well.

DH & myself are cruising with our 2 DD's (16 & 19). We are planning to snorkel in Freeport through a ship excursion. I don't have my expectations too high for Freeport, but never been there before & I'm sure it will be fine.

We're planning to do Nassau at our leisure. DH & myself have been to Nassau twice (although is was 16 yrs ago) & will do things at our leisure.

We're so excited about our cruise. This may be the last family trip before the oldest moves to continue with college & her schedule will allow us to travel together.

I know we all savor every minute when we are vacationing, but this one will be very special to us!

check out Atlantis in nassau, it's beautiful if you like the free part of the dig aquarium, you can purchase tickets for 29.00 ,our children really liked it but they are much younger. They have some beautiful glass sculptures that are awsome (one in the lobby and casino -i think) and they have some really nice (and expensive) reasturants if thats you thing as well. Have a great time!:D

Great advice. It's a dream of our 16 yr old to go see Atlantis. It's one of the reasons we're doing this particular cruise. There's so much to do for all ages alike in Nassau.

Thanks again for your help!

Here is a link to my recent Sensation review.

Thanks for the link to your review. I had not found it prior to my posting. Sounds like you had a wonderful time. It's wonderful to hear the positve attitude even though it rained & it was somewhat rocky. I'm gonna be prepared if that happens to us.

Welcome back & Thanks for the great review!
