San Juan - Priceline - extra fees or guest charges?

We currently have a reservation for three rooms at hotel pre-cruise, and the rate is "reasonable." and cancellable if I find something else I might prefer.

I would like to bid for a "resort," and I am aware of the taxes and fees that are added to the bid amount by Priceline. I am wondering if I need to be prepared for additional charges such as "resort fee" etc. when I get to the front desk to check in. This would change the acceptable top bid.

In short - I don't want to spend any more money than I have committed for the current reservation. Has anyone had this happen to them?
