You never have to worry about luggage theft at N.O. airport!

Article in our newspaper sez:

 

Eleven baggage handlers at the N.O. airport have been arrested for stealing items from luggage. A security person saw theft, reported it to airport authorities, who manned a stakeout in the employee's parking lot. The eleven were caught exchanging the 'treasures' they had found in luggage.

 

As a result, I doubt very seriously if any other employees will be tempted to steal anything!!!:) Just thought I'd put a few minds to ease.

Wow!! I just left NO airport. No problems however. We locked our bags just in case. thanks for the information.
