K1226M Posted June 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2006 So We booked a Deluxe oceanview room with a balcony on Navigator of the seas. We got room 6250. I noticed on the pictured of the room that there is a coffee table in the middle of the room. We will need a pack n PLay for our son. Will it fit in there? I know the cruise will provide us with one, but we were thinking of bringing our own. Would we be better off using theirs? Do the coffee tables move? Are they able to take them out? Thanks Karen
jamandamn14 Posted July 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 10, 2006 Im not 100% sure if the tables can be moved, if so it might be worth moving the table on to the balcony to leave abit of floor space for your child to play in.
crusinmama06 Posted July 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted July 10, 2006 I would guess that the tables do move. We always use the cruise ships (or hotel's) pack n plays wherever we travel.
Dawniepoo Posted July 12, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 12, 2006 When you get onboard there should be a pack n play waiting for you in your room as long as your or your TA requested one in advance. Do not bring your own, as I am sure you have plenty of other things to carry. The ones they provide are quite adequate. Yes, the tables do move. In fact, to give you more room ask your room attendant to remove it. That is what we do.:D
Dawniepoo Posted July 12, 2006 #5 Share Posted July 12, 2006 I forgot: also, bring a favorite blanket or pillow so your son will feel more at home. They only provide you with a twin sheet to cover the pack n play.

wendyvp Posted July 14, 2006 #7 Share Posted July 14, 2006 We had a similiar room and had our cabin attendent move it to the balcony to fit the pack n play. But it would probably be better to remove it completely. Don't bring your own. You'll have to carry it when you disembark, since your child will need to sleep in it the final night and won't be put outside your door the night before like the rest of your luggage. And between a stroller and child and your overnight stuff and extra toys to play with while waiting to get off the ship, you won't want to be lugging a pack n play too. Enjoy your cruise. wendy
