??? about rough seas

I am taking a 2 night cruise in October on the Legend. I'm a little concerned about rough seas and the rocking of the ship. I have been on one cruise before but the seas were quite calm and didn't feel much more then a gentle rocking. I don't get seasick or anything like that. But if the seas do get really rough does the Legend really rock and roll? Would it be rocky enough to throw things on the floor, i.e. dishes, glasses, people falling all over the place? I don't mind a little rocking but I'm concerned if the ship is bouncing around.
