catamaran bathroom facilities

Hi everyone. We are leaving for Eastern Caribbean on Explorer on June 16. Booked bus tour and catamaran excursion in St Maarten. Do you know if there are "restrooms" on the catamaran? What about when we go on shore?

We are probably taking a walking tour in San Juan and wondering about facilities there, too. Any advise you can give would certainly help. Thansk

I don't know about the trip that you are going on or what size catamaran, but I have done Many catamaran tours and they have always had restrooms.

The last time we were there, there were two catamarans (Lambada & Tango). Not only do they have restrooms but they have a bar onboard that doesn't stop! Have a great time, sorry can't help with facilities in S.J.

In San Juan just remember the word "Banos". It means bathroom. There is a drug store in old San Juan across from the Walgreens. That drug store had bathrooms that they let you use. Also there is a Subway and a McDonalds that you can hunt down in Old San Juan and use their facilities. My husband takes water pills so Banos were needed often:eek:
