You would need to call your TA to get the info and post payments. If you booked through RCI directly, it should show up on the 'View full summary details' screen. There is a glitch or something in RCCL's system and not every reservation that is supposed to show payment info has it available. For example, my reservation that I booked directly through RCCL's website shows the info, but my reservation that I booked by calling RCCL directly doesn't. If you booked through a TA, it won't show at all - you'll need to call your TA. I got an email from coupon redemption stating that my 25% off per per certificate was accepted, but it is not showing up on the web site yet (the full price is). I was told by someone in customer service that it should show up within 2 weeks of my cruise, and if not, then to call back. I guess I'll wait and see.
