What type of documentation for a 2night cruise?

I am going on a cruise to nowhere in October. What type of documentation do I need to bring with me. Since it doesn't actually go anywhere will an official birth certificate be ok?

An official BC is all you need to cruise anywhere (except Europe), until next year.

A certified copy of your BC and a gov't issued picture ID (license) or passport.

Your cruise to nowhere actually goes out far enough to be in international waters so they can operate the casinos! So technically, you are traveling internationally.....Sometime these things just don't make any sense at all, do they....:p
