Pride of Aloha and SS Independence

The Pride of Aloha departed Maui shortly before sunset this evening. As she sailed out of the harbor, the sun broke through the clouds creating a partial rainbow. We were able to capture the Pride as she sailed "into" the rainbow. what is remarkable, is that in October 2001, when the SS Independence steamed from Maui for the last time, she too sailed into a rainbow. An ending, and then a beginning?
