things to do in Miami...

just north of miami is ft lauderdale and if you drive up a1a you will get to los olas blve---------great shops restaurants etc also bayside --sorry cant help you with miami proper

Call me old-fashioned, but I thought our tour of the Everglades on an airboat was great!

Coconut Grove is a fun area, with lots of high end shopping. Then South Beach even during the day is lots of fun.

We went to the Zoo (very cute) & coral castle (interesting but a bit of a rip off)

Where is the best beach to go to in the Miami area? We are flying in a day early before our Valor cruise, and I am hoping to get there early enough to get some beach time in. Thanks! :)

No Question.....South Beach, the sand is great, you can play volleyball (or any sport) rent bikes or just lay on the beach and get nice and tan. Plus at lunch you can walk to a bunch of restaurants or shop for a bit.
