Cable Beach/Nassau/Crystal Palace

Cable Beach is nice. The Crystal Palace was owned by Cranival a few years back. It has a lagoon and beach area plus a large deck around a pool with a water slide built into a rock and a "cave". It can be crowded at times but never too bad. When we go, we try to head a little further down the beach to the Radisson. It has a few large pools a swim up bar plus a grill on the beach.
We have never had problems using the facilities at either of these places. Oh and they are actually connected by way of a mall.

We 1st discovered Cable Beach 19 yrs ago on our 1st carnival cruise (jubilee) on the eastern itinerary. We loved it so much we visited via airline vacations twice more, staying @ the Radisson Cable Beach & the Casino. You can get there by local bus, very cheap, like $1 or $2. Or I guess by cab, but I don't know the fare for that. The beach is lovely, there are vendors, but just tell them no thanks.
