travelling fools Posted June 23, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2006 I know they have soda cards for kids but on NCL can you get a card that includes juices for a 4 year old? If you go on a shore for a few hours can you leave your child onboard in kids centre? There is a shore excursion that doesn't take children. jimswims Posted June 24, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 24, 2006 Hi: I only recall the cards/bands for soda on the NCL Majesty (Summer 04, 05). We were able to get juice from the buffet, when it was open. If you are on a cruise that has a 24 hour buffet, you may be in luck there. I just remembered, there was a place by the pool that you could get ice tea, water, coffee and tea anytime. They may have had juice or fruit punch there as well. As far as the Kids in the Kids Crew when you are on shore. NCL Kids Crew runs for free when at sea only. You pay, hourly I think, for group baby sitting, when in port. Kids Crew was open 7-10 pm on port days however. I think there is a rule about not leaving the ship if the child is not potty trained, otherwise it was ok. While on the Majesty, my wife and I actually went to a wedding on shore in Bermuda and the kids stayed with the Kids Crew....they had a great time....we did too! Have Fun.
