Let's say I can only snorkel in 1 place...

Or, try Goff's Cay in Belize. Terrific!! May only be able to go there with ship tour, however. We did that from a Carnival ship, and they picked us up/returned us to the ship - no need to tender into port then go out. [No other boats arrived there while we were there, which makes me think they don't have boats coming from shore.]

I agree, Belize is the best of the three.

We snorkled at Goff's Cay in Belize and had a great time. We got a boat right at the dock. There were lots of vendors offering trips. It was cheaper than the ship excursion. As I recall it was about $30 per person. That was a couple years ago. The boat went out right past where our ship was docked. We snorkled from the boat and then we were dropped off on the island for some beach time. I snorkled from the beach and it was pretty good. As I recall, the boat returned us right to the ship on the return.
