Customer Service - Good

I'm not going to give details, but I had a problem with a two-category upgrade certificate on our last cruise. When I got home, I wrote to NCL customer service. I had a letter acknowledging my complaint in no time at all. Then this week, I received a call from NCL customer service, and they resolved the problem satisfactorily.

 

I was very glad to see that Customer Service was really "on the ball" and thought I'd pass that fact along.
