Just Booked Legend - Dec 18

Greetings. Have not been on these boards since before the hurricane hit New Orleans. How is everyone?

 

Anyway, I just booked a Christmas cruise for the wife and kids on the Legend which is taking in Colon, Limon, and Belize City. Booked a few excursions already, but wondering if anyone knows of cool non carnival things to do.

 

Have to bear in mind that we'll be traveling with an infant this time around.

 

And I promise not to use him as a fecal tea bag on board the ship. (Unless Going Cruisin wants me too :D )
