Brilliance in Med-Port or Starboard?

Recommended Posts

If you're doing the Venice cruise, the starboard side had the view of Venice as you sail in while the port side views the lido. It's reversed when you leave so I guess it doesn't matter all that much.

For the most part, the ports were industrial with nothing much to view. The docks in Venice are not in the heart of Venice and, while we were on the Starboard side and had a view towards the islands, it wasn't all that great. In Naples either side had a decent view IMO. In Citivetchnia (sp?) or Rome, it was an industrial port.

I guess what I'm saying is, IMO, it really just doesn't matter.
