Diamond Princess E728 and E731

We have made reservations on the Diamond Princess for these two mini-suites due to the larger balconies and being at the end of the ship. However, I was told that these are really not good rooms. Anyone else had these rooms and want to share an opinion?

Thanks!

We have been in E731 on the Sapphire (identical to the Diamond) and loved that mini-suite!! We really enjoyed the balcony and the view from there. I think you are lucky to have reserved these rooms.

When are you going? We just booked the same two on the Sapphire for next July after reading these boards. If you go first..............let me know!! ha

Basically a few people have not liked the Club Fusion noise although some never heard it but all in all it seems like people like these rooms. I too have thought about changing but I think I will wait and hear from your trip.

I've stayed in E731 on the Diamond. It was a great min and that balcony is enoromous! We had no problem with noise from Club Fusion! I would stay in it again in a heartbeat!

Hi,

We'll be in E731 on an upcoming Crown Princess cruise.:D

From what I've read in many previous posts, E731 does not have the full effects of Club Fusion because it's on the far side of the bandstand. The port side cabin would be right over the bandstand.

I've read many more posts saying no effects in E731 than those who said they did hear.
