Pentax optio waterproof camera

Has anyone used this camera for snorkling?

I have an Optio that I use for diving (with a housing) and it takes excellent pictures. Pentax makes a quality product.

I am an avid kayaker (whitewater & ocean) and I use the W10 without any complaints! I've never taken it snorkling (but I will soon!), but I've rolled my kayak with it numerous times, and I've gone as far as swim with it.

 

I would highly recommend this camera, no bulky housing to deal with! Just be sure that the "lock" is engaged on the battery door. :D

I went to Ritz yesterday to look at it- nice small and light. Looking forward to your review of the camera after you take it snorkling. Interested to see the photo quality. Have a great cruise :)
