Can anyone give me an idea of what is on the dinner menu for Enchantment of the Seas? We are planning our first cruise, and are wondering what to expect as far as meals. We prefer seafood, and are wondering if shrimp, crab, or lobster are offered? Thank for any help.

You will have a seafood entree listed on the menu every night, and can get salmon any night. But, the seafood entrees will not be "standard American" meals (like deep fried shrimp). I remember having things to choose from like seafood risotto, a pasta and shrimp dish, and lobster on formal night. There is also seafood appetizers on the menus.
