CB Dolphin Deck balconies. Does anybody else find them excessively windy?

We just returned from a week on the CB and had a mini suite on the Dolphin Deck forward (D207). I loved the cabin, the balcony and everything about the ship. The one thing I was disappointed in was that the balcony was so very windy while we were sailing. To just sit out there was like being in a convertible car with the top down. I assumed it was because those balconies are not covered (which I had no problem with). But now someone else has brought up the fact that perhaps because we were so forward on the ship, it made it windy.

 

My question is this: Has anybody had a Dolphin deck mini, somewhere midship or aft where the balcony is not excessively windy?
