tommygirl31700 Posted July 12, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2006 Are you allowed to use cash instead of a credit/debit card when signing up for S&S card? I have a debit card but my bank leaves holds on the account for 5 days after they have released it.

You can put as much cash as you wanton the s&s, if you dont spend it all they give you a check for the difference, if you go over you have to settle up before you go
Rare silentbob007 Posted July 12, 2006 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2006 Yes, you can use cash, though I think there is a minimum deposit.
bubbles1209 Posted July 12, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 12, 2006 The 3 of us went on our cruise (7 day) in June. We used traveler's checks which is more or less the same as cash. We used them on our S&S card, and were only charged the $210 deposit ($10 per person per day), plus, whatever extra we wanted to put on it to spend. We put down $600, and had a blast.:D
