Okay, I will be on Carnival for the first time in October. What are things that I just shouldn't miss? I'm pretty food-adventurous, but I am highly allergic to bell peppers of any color.

If you are a dessert fan, try the Bitter and Blanc Pudding with Vanilla Sauce. It was awesome, but very rich!!! If they do have, please ask for the recipe and post it. I am having no luck finding it.

It needs to be reduced quite a bit but it's a start.

 

 

The strawberry bisque and iced mango cream soup are some of my favorites.

On the topic of desserts, don't miss the lavender iced souffle (different but good), milk chocolate champagne truffle cake, bitter chocolate melting cake, bitter and blanc, chestnut napoleon, chocolate millefeuille, and the Grand Marnier souffle.

Those all sound good, but any advice on savories? I probably could eat my weight in desserts, but I really don't want to try that!
