Cranley or Holiday Inn Kensington?

Yes, I know they're very different places to stay! Anybody have experience with either recently? Planning on 2 nights pre-cruise London in May 2007.

Unclerich, our family spent 6 nights there this past February. It is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the V&A, Natural History and Science museums, Kensington Gardens, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrod's, just to name a few. Next year, we intend to go back again and will stay there again. The Gloucester Road station is across the street if you choose to travel via the Tube. Check the Holiday Inn website for specials that may be offered during your travel period. Hope this helps.
