Silverscreencruiser Posted July 18, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 18, 2006 We are sailing on the Glory Western on August 26 and trying to plan some shore excursions locally. Are the arrival and departure times local or are they Eastern Daylight time based on Port Canaveral? Thanks for any info.... I have heard things both ways and it makes it tough to try to plan anything....
Darcy03231 Posted July 18, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 18, 2006 On every Carnival cruise I've been on we've stayed on ship time, which is the time you leave port. In your case it would be EDT.

LizaMM Posted July 19, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 19, 2006 The ship stays on sailing location time. When I worked with private tour operators I usually sent them the times that the ship stated and they knew just what to do.
