Cell phone coverage

Going on the POAl next week. Can anyone tell me the extent of cell phone coverage in ports or when sailing?

 

Does the POAl have WiFi access throughout the ship?

We just returned from the POH 7/10 cruise. We had excellent coverage on all islands except Kauai which was very spotty.
