Booking on board..how do credits post?

I've tried to search the boards for this but unfortunately the search function isn't working for me.

We're booked for Christmas. We did an open booking this past January and had it transferred to our TA when we decided where we wanted to go.

My question is about the shipboard credits. I only see where it is posted on my husband's account on Princess.com. My account shows $0.00 credits.

If this is a 7 day sailing, how much credit should there be?

It probably is correct on Princess but I'm concerned since each of us paid $100 for a future cruise.

Don't worry about the Princess site as I had/have the same indication. Just go by your cruise confirmation from your TA and it should reflect the proper amounts for both.

 

My partner and I both made future cruise deposits and then applied them to our next cruise a few months later and only mine is reflected on the Princess site; but on the confirmation from the TA both of us have a $50 OBC for our 7 day VS cabin.

That is more than likely just a glitch. Your TA can verify. Our onboard credits are never correct online.
